Gondola.ai was a promising startup aiming to build a platform that could solve one of the biggest sales pains - keeping track of sales processes and records in one place. It was later acquired by another company in the early stage of its development.

Improving pipeline with sales health score
Pipeline is the heart of the sales process. It is an organized, visual way of tracking potential buyers as they progress through different stages in the purchasing process. Pipeline in the Gondola platform lacked some essential UI touches and unique, valuable additions that could set it apart from other products in the market.
Making onboarding pop
To streamline the initial setup process and ensure users land on a fully functional platform, I redesigned the onboarding experience. The new design integrates essential settings directly into the onboarding flow, enabling users to configure vital features effortlessly from the start.
In-built notes editor
I ensured that sellers could capture meaningful notes during their calls by introducing note templates with pre-inserted CRM fields. This approach allows sellers to focus on filling in relevant details efficiently. The note-taking tool supports rich text formatting and sectioning, providing a structured and flexible solution for effective documentation.
