An e-commerce project with a large catalogue and complicated user system that needed redesign and the additional design of a personal dashboard for wholesale customers.

DESIGN PROCESS AND CHALLENGES
2 user types
Wholesale customers
Company representatives, searching for clothing items to purchase.
Project users are divided into 2 categories:


Evgeniy Karpatkovich
32 y.o, Corporate manager
They want to search, sort and buy a large amount of items at once and be able to manage existing orders (order cancellation, assess the progress and status of live orders).

Buyers
Ordinary customers, searching for a particular clothing item.
Pavel Gunchenkov
28 y.o, Business analyst
They want to have a well-structured catalogue with price filters and an extensive photo gallery showing all details of the clothing item.
Multiple card types
Depending on the user type, product cards have different properties. We have carefully thought through all sorts of situations and scenarios. As an additional feature for Buyers, we have added the functionality to search for similar products by color, cloth texture and style. This led us to creating a special card type, showing the exact similar feature based on the previously searched item.
Catalogue functionality for 2 user types
Depending on the user type, product cards have different properties. We have carefully thought through all sorts of situations and scenarios. As an additional feature for Buyers, we have added the functionality to search for similar products by color, cloth texture and style. This led us to creating a special card type, showing the exact similar feature based on the previously searched item.
Wholesalers
The challenge was to allow the user to select different sizes of a particular clothing item at once. We should keep in mind that not all sizes could be available. The solution was simple — we offered a table, visually showing available sizes and allowing the user to type the amount of items needed and put everything onto the card at the same time.

Searching, picking, buying online, saving favourite items for later. All kind of e-commerce functionality was provided.
Buyers
can use the website as a typical web-store.
Personal dashboard
The main focus was on wholesale customers. Their Dashboard allows the saving of favourite items, to place an order, to monitor all order statuses and to create a personal page which displays a list of available stores on the Royal Spirit website.
Mobile version
The website is mobile ready, fully functional and optimised for use on small screens.
