I designed a solution to streamline the workflow for sales representatives by enabling them to quickly extract valuable insights from sales calls and seamlessly transform them into actionable data, ready to be integrated into their CRM system.

Research and user flows
In the research stage, I conducted user interviews and usability tests to identify the challenges and needs of sales representatives. I analyzed their workflows and existing tools to find improvement opportunities. I also worked with stakeholders and reviewed data to confirm insights and align with business goals. This approach helped me prioritize features and design effective, scalable solutions.
Solution
The solution revolves around a seamless workflow where users integrate their preferred meeting platform, conduct calls as usual, and then receive a call summary. This summary includes functionality to quickly sync selected fields with their CRM. The result is a faster process, an always up-to-date CRM, and minimal time wasted by sales representatives.
